Rita Wayworth [Margarita Carmen Cansino] was born on Ocober 17, 1918, in Brooklyn, New York. The Love Goddess left us on May 14, 1987, twenty e three years ago when she died from Alzheimer's disease.
She was married for five times: Edward C. Judson, Orson Welles, Dick Haymes, Prince Aly Khan and the film director James Hill.
Her Filmography is very extensive and wide : since comedy until drama, since crime until musical. In 1964 she won the Best Actress Golden Glob Award for her play in Circus World.
