Charles Robert Darwin (b. Shrewsbury, England 12 de Fevereiro de 1809 — Downe, Kent, 19 de Abril de 1882).
Dwin was an English naturalist who realised and demonstrated that all species of life have evolved over time from common ancestors through the process he called natural selection. At the age of 51, Charles Darwin had just published On the Origin of Species.
